Jerome Comrie

Jerome has been a Certified Trainer and Sports Trainer for over two years now. He teaches TF SWEAT classes, offers one on one personal training sessions and group sessions as well as works with all our Youth! At an early age Jerome understood the importance of opportunities and the value of hardwork. His parents migrated from the little country of Jamaica into the United States in the early 80's, to pursue better opportunities for their children. There his father joined the military and his mother became a nurse. Growing up, Jerome has taken a liking to sports as he played soccer in elementary school, football and track later in High School. Using his discipline he learned in sports, he pursued dance and made it his career for a short while. He is now married, with one daughter.


Jerome Comrie instructs the following:
  • STRENGTH: Lower Body
  • This class targets all areas of the lower body: Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings and Calves. Gain strength and improve your leg endurance by coming at least 2x a week to this type of class!

  • STRENGTH: Upper Body
  • This class is all Upper Body! Time will fly as you work your way from station to station to complete a series of exercises that are sure to increase every inch of your upper body. This is the ultimate upper body lifting class for all levels, beginner to advanced.


  • POWER 45: Full Body Circuit
  • This class is guaranteed to consist of full body exercises, teamwork, and cardiovascular training. Class varies each week per trainer but is designed around circuits, small group training, and/or full body intense intervals. Always a great group of people here to start the day off right!
