Jerome Comrie

Jerome has been a Certified Trainer and Sports Trainer for over two years now. He teaches TF SWEAT classes, offers one on one personal training sessions and group sessions as well as works with all our Youth! At an early age Jerome understood the importance of opportunities and the value of hardwork. His parents migrated from the little country of Jamaica into the United States in the early 80's, to pursue better opportunities for their children. There his father joined the military and his mother became a nurse. Growing up, Jerome has taken a liking to sports as he played soccer in elementary school, football and track later in High School. Using his discipline he learned in sports, he pursued dance and made it his career for a short while. He is now married, with one daughter.

Mark Liljenberg

Mark Liljenberg is a NASM Certified Trainer and Certified Youth Sports Trainer.

Also, a Top Fast Pitch Coach, a Husband and a Dad of 3 girls, Mark is passionate about teaching strength & conditioning, speed & agility to Adults and our Young athletes.

Whether in a small group session or one on one’s, you definitely want your young athlete working with him.

Brigitte Harlee

Isolde (Brigitte) Harlee born in 1961 in Germany, South region of Bavaria. Moved to the US in 1993, became an US citizen in 2000.
She has been ACE certified since 1999 and loves teaching our small group classes. 

She also loves the NFL football, the Olympic Games, nature, dancing, gardening, and staying active!

Joanie Nacke

Joanie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Nutrition Specialist and has a Degree in 
Political Science from St. Martin’s University. 

Joanie is a certified personal trainer, Nutrition Coach, NPC bikini competitor, mentor, and public speaker. 
 
Joanie’s true desire is to help others reach their goals and improve their lives. Each program is tailored to the individual’s unique goals, be it weight loss, increased muscle mass, athletic performance, balance and mobility, or injury prevention.
This class targets all areas of the lower body: Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings and Calves. Gain strength and improve your leg endurance by coming at least 2x a week to this type of class!
