Meet Jerome

Jerome Comrie has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Trainer for over two years. He teaches TF SWEAT classes, offers one-on-one personal training, nutrition services and group sessions, and works with all of our youth athletes. The son of Jamaican immigrants, Jerome grew up playing soccer, football and running track, then carried that discipline into a career in dance before coaching. He's married with one daughter, and brings that same work ethic to every client he trains.

She has also placed in the Top 3 for Fitness Competitions. Whatever your goal may be, she has the knowledge and experience to get you there.

A NASM Certified Trainer and Certified Youth Sports Trainer, he blends strength & conditioning, speed & agility, and long-term athletic development — in small group and one-on-one settings — for both youth athletes and adults. Also a top Fast Pitch coach, husband and dad of three girls.

Meet Brigitte

Isolde "Brigitte" Harlee was born in 1961 in the South Bavaria region of Germany, moved to the U.S. in 1993 and became a citizen in 2000. ACE certified since 1999, she loves teaching our small group classes. Off the floor she's a fan of NFL football and the Olympic Games, and enjoys nature, dancing, gardening and staying active. "Come join me at one of my classes!"
