Nutrition Coaching

Plans built by a degreed nutritionist.

Led by Miranda Smith, B.S. in Food Science & Nutrition (CWU). We build flexible nutrition plans around your real life — including macro-based and flexible-dieting approaches — and track progress with measurements and check-ins, not just the scale.

Official HYROX Studio

Transformation Fitness is an official HYROX training studio — the only one in Thurston County. Train for your first race or level up your strength endurance with programming built specifically for the HYROX format.
